Delivery Options

The Lift Chair Store offers a wide variety of delivery options on its lift products. From free delivery, which is offered on every product, to White Glove delivery we want you to get your item as quickly and conveniently as possible. Please read on to find out more about our delivery options.

Quick Ship: Items labeled "Quick Ship Product" are shipped within 3 business days, Monday through Friday, from receipt of a complete order. Look for this label when time is of the essence.

Free Delivery: Every item sold at The Lift Chair Store comes with free delivery. This means the item will be shipped from our warehouse to your door for free. However, you will need to arrange means for getting the item inside your home and set up.

In-Home Delivery:
Many of our lift chairs have this option. This means the chair will be delivered to your home and the delivery person will place it inside as long as the item does not need to be taken out of the box. If the door is not wide enough for the box, then the delivery person is not responsible for moving the chair inside your home. In addition, in-home delivery will not take place if there are more than 4 steps leading up to your doorway. Inside delivery is available to first floor delivery locations only, to the residence's first threshold and no farther, barring physical obstacles.

Cartons that do not fit through the residence doorway will generally be delivered to a garage or similar dry area. However, we cannot guarantee that commercial LTL carriers will perform the requested service, as all commercial LTL carriers operate based on their specific carrier's tariff rules and liability policies.

We cannot force the carrier to deliver the freight to the 2nd floor or higher. For this service, you will need to arrange for White Glove or Platinum delivery service by speaking to one of our sales representatives.

If you would also like someone to set up your product, this service is available. However, you will need to set up an appointment for the technician to show up at your residence after the product has already been delivered. The technician cannot carry the product into your home.


In-Home Delivery and Setup: If you select this option, the lift chair will be moved into your home, taken out of the box, and setup for you. Once the delivery person is finished you will be ready to use your lift chair and the box will have been removed from your home. However, the delivery person is not responsible for placing the chair upstairs or downstairs or where there are obstacles to moving the chair inside your home. In addition, in-home delivery will not take place if there are more than 4 steps leading up to your doorway. In these cases you will need to arrange additional assistance.

White Glove In-Home Setup:
With White Glove setup you will have your chair delivered, setup, and packaging materials removed. This includes situations where you want the chair moved up or down stairs or where there are obstacles within your home that prevent easily moving the chair. This is our premium delivery option. We have set pricing for this service on all Golden lift chairs, but Pride lift chair purchasers should call us to get a quote for Platinum Delivery Service to your location.
