| Pros |
We really like the sterling gray special order fabric. The multi position chair is just what we needed. It's the right size. (We bought the one that was recommended by our salesperson.) It is very quiet.

| Cons |
When it lifts to make it easier to stand the framework underneath is visible. A different brand has developed a framework to hide this. However, that chair is much more expensive.

| Service & Delivery |
Delivered to our garage. Fortunately we have young men in our family that brought it into the house for us. This worked for us as white glove delivery adds a significant amount to the total cost.
