|A Little About Myself|
This chair was ordered for my sister, who has Down Syndrome and is quite tiny at 4'8'' and 97 lbs.
Just the right size for my sister. At first I thought that having two separate controls (one for up and down, and one for heat/massage) would be cumbersome, but it worked out perfectly, in that the up/down control is simple enough for my sister to operate on her own, and the other control (heat/massage) contains the options that (for her own safety) someone else operates for her, so she doesn't need to be confused by a single control full of buttons.
If I had to make an improvement, I'd suggest designing the up/down mechanism in a way that was just a tad less "jerky." It's not bad for most folks, but for developmentally disabled and more elderly folks, the smoother the better. Also, it's not really a problem, but since you asked: I had expected that the back would go down a little more than it does.
