While the chair is comfortable, I find the remote and positions not that easy for an elderly person to operate.
Rainy from NY would not recommend this to a friend.
A Little About Myself	48 year-old female
Pros	Sturdy and soft
Cons	Slow and noisy. The battery back up doesn't last that long. Remote is not user friendly and is attached at an awkward spot.
Service & Delivery	They only sent one man to deliver this quite large chair. He could not get it into the apartment while in the box, so I had to help him get it into the apt. and the chair's brisa upholstery was damaged getting it in.
I bought the chair for a elderly cancer patient, and found that the remote was difficult for her to use. The chair is pretty slow getting into position, and a little noisier than I thought it would be. Since this is my first experience with a lift chair I have no basis for comparison but do not find it any more comfortable than my ordinary recliner..
